Care question book

Keep the questions. Take your time.

Cost checklist

Separate the bill from the pitch.

Keep a written quote beside these questions. A blank fee is an unanswered question, not a reason to guess.

Why there is no price here.

There was no approved medicine containing BPC-157 at the September 28, 2026 check. With no approved product, there was no price published by its maker or by the government for this guide to quote.

A quoted charge does not answer whether the product may be supplied. Ask that question on its own, before deciding what to pay.

Check whether the pharmacy may prepare it

Separate once from repeating.

Copy only the amounts you have been given. Choose a billing pattern only if it is clear in the quote. The sheet can group those entries and keep the missing questions in view.

Record your written quote

Use the amounts in your own quote, in US dollars. Leave unknown fees blank. If a fee follows another pattern, leave its pattern as “Not stated” and ask about it.

Assessment or visit
Tests, if requested
Product charge in the quote
Delivery or handling
Other fee or membership

The amounts you type stay on this page. The worksheet does not send them anywhere.

Ask what the opening bill leaves out.

What is due even if no treatment is chosen? Does the amount include follow-up visits? Is there a repeat charge, and how can it end?

Ask what happens to the bill after an opening offer ends. Request the refund and cancellation terms in writing, with any deadline made clear.

Ask the health plan directly.

Ask your health plan which charges it would pay: the visit, tests or medicine. Does the plan need to agree to pay before each service? How much would you pay yourself? Keep the plan’s answers beside the quote.

Do not let a blank become a total.

The worksheet groups the amounts you enter. It leaves out an unknown fee or an amount with no clear pattern. Ask for those answers before treating the sum as the full bill.
